Commonly Asked Questions:1. What IS Grad Nite? Grad Nite is an all night celebration the parents and local sponsors put on for the graduating seniors just after the ceremony. Statistics show this is one of the most dangerous nights in a young persons life so we strive to entice them to come to our safe and sane party. 2. Where are they going? They are going to "HOLLYWOOD SPORTS PARK" http://www.hollywoodsports.com/, 3. Why can't they drive to the school and home in the morning? Please drop off your student and plan on picking them up at 6AM on Thursday, June 21, 2012. A driver that has been up all night is about as alert as a driver that's downed a 6-pack. Our goal is to keep your child safe. We confiscate keys during check-in. 5. What about my child with disabilities or special needs? We want all seniors to join in the fun, so please give us a call and we'll see what we can do to accommodate them too. 6. We have a financial hardship right now. How can my student go? We're glad you asked that question! If you have some financial hardships, please call us for a confidential discussion. 7. What time should my student arrive at the gym the night of graduation and when do they leave for the venue? The students should arrive at the gym at 9:00pm on Wednesday, June 20, 2012 and the buses will start loading at 10:00 pm. The venue is about 45 minutes away and we want all students to be able to maximize their time at the venue. Students will not be admitted after 10:00 pm as the check in process takes a significant amount of time. |
